Jazz Danis is a Canadian multidisciplinary artist born and raised on Treaty 1 land, with a focus on storytelling.

'Stories have been a huge part of my upbringing in a fundamental, and grounding way. Stories, be it written, told or illustrated, are the backbones of our pasts, and of our futures. They have allowed me to live experiences I may never have had the chance to experience, and so importantly, they allowed me to dream. My work speaks from my personal experiences, to create visual stories that spark attention to a more abstract way of being. '
