Joseph Pilapil

Joseph Pilapil is a sign painter, designer and muralist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has many years of experience in sign painting with the well-known duo, The Travelling Sign Painters. He has experimented with printmaking, patch design and merchandise design as part Bearface Collective. Pilapil’s iconic urban pop style has been seen on murals across Manitoba created with Synonym Art Consultation and Wall-to-Wall Mural and Culture Festival for almost a decade.
