Kyla Quiring is a multi-media Métis-Menno artist born and raised on Treaty 1 Territory. From wildfire suppression, felling trees and ranch work she is heavily inspired by the land she works on. Her art showcases a story and connecting within each piece. She used fines lines to connect herself to the land and our animal kin one way or another. She often likes to think of her art as a personal journal of teachings, lessons, and reflections.
